- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility, and emotional support
- monitor and report changes in resident condition
- maintain a safe, clean, comfortable environment
- partner with the Charge Nurse and care team on person-centered care
- support residents with dementia, wounds, and other specialized needs.
