Diesel Mechanic Technician

The Diesel Mechanic Technician role is an onsite position based in Nazareth, PA. Compensation is $35.00 per hour, and this role supports the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty vehicles for Ryder System. This role exists to perform vehicle maintenance, preventive maintenance, and complex diagnostics on gas and diesel engines. The technician will work independently to ensure fleet reliability, mentor junior technicians, and maintain compliance with safety and DOT regulations.

What you'll do

• Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including preventive maintenance, diagnostics of complex mechanical and electronic problems, and component replacement.
• Utilizes shop management systems, maintains documentation, and ensures compliance with federal and corporate safety guidelines.
