What you'll do

• Oversee project controls services across a portfolio, including engineering, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and invoicing. Lead project controls staff and estimators
• apply Earned Value Management
• analyze cost and schedule performance
• manage scope, budget, and schedule changes
• identify risks and corrective actions
• review contractor cost and schedule plans
• and coordinate with Finance on capital requests and project financial closure.
