What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the Interdisciplinary Group on individualized care plans

• in an on-call capacity, respond to triage calls, perform visits and assessments, and coordinate with the Administrator On Call.
