Civil Project Engineer — Land Development

What you'll do

• Prepare construction plans, feasibility reports, cost estimates, drainage reports, and project documents
• coordinate permit applications with agencies, clients, and sub-consultants
• prepare grading plans, profiles, road designs, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• research regulations and design standards
• calculate stormwater, utility, and roadway improvements
• coordinate with drafters, designers, and administrative staff
• prepare site development plans
• manage project records, billing reports, contracts, and invoices
• participate in project meetings.
