• evaluate vendors and maintain vendor data
• coordinate vendor setup paperwork
• map service coverage and gaps
• execute optimization strategies and ROI analysis
• lead RFPs, bid evaluations, benchmarking, negotiations, and award recommendations
• manage contracts and commercial terms
• monitor performance and SLA compliance
• support client launches
• resolve vendor service issues and compliance concerns.
