What you'll do

• Support front- and back-office clinic operations
• welcome patients, verify information, and assist with registration and check-in
• schedule appointments and answer calls
• room patients, obtain histories, and prepare them for examinations
• measure and document vital signs
• perform blood draws, venipuncture, and specimen collection
• administer vaccines and injections according to protocols and training
• assist providers with examinations and procedures
• update EMR records
• support patient education and preventive care
• maintain rooms, supplies, and equipment
• follow HIPAA and infection-control requirements
• collaborate with clinic staff.

Why this role

Nine-week contract; Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with specified weekday hours; at least one year of Medical Assistant experience and hands-on phlebotomy and venipuncture experience required; current BLS or CPR certification required, with start pending approval possible for candidates without certification.
