What you'll do

• Lead and support lifestyle and engagement teams across the portfolio
• train and mentor Activity Directors
• develop standardized resources and best practices
• implement and audit engagement programming
• review resident feedback
• develop KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards
• monitor social media posting standards
• use LifeLoop data to evaluate participation and trends
• report recommendations to senior leadership.
