What you'll do

• Communicate with customers about parts, orders, availability, and product inquiries by email and phone
• coordinate with the warehouse for accurate and timely fulfillment
• enter and maintain purchase orders, parts, customer information, and order details in SAP
• track orders and requests in company systems
• respond to inquiries
• work with internal departments to resolve order, shipping, inventory, and parts issues
• prioritize requests and maintain accurate records.
