What you'll do

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and toileting support
• document progress and shift information
• plan and prepare meals and shop for groceries as assigned
• transport members to outings and appointments if a driver
• maintain a clean and safe home
• administer medications as trained and authorized
• assist with admissions and discharges
• use Prevention and Support techniques to redirect behaviors
• support routines and goals.
