The laborer supports superintendents and skilled trades across construction tasks, helping keep job sites safe, organized, and supplied while contributing to custom home projects and developing toward skilled trades.

What you'll do

• Assist with demolition and hand excavation
• transport materials, tools, and equipment between the shop, suppliers, and job sites
• safely operate power tools and job-site equipment
• keep sites clean, organized, and safe
• load, unload, move, and stage materials
• protect client property and finished surfaces
• support skilled tradespeople and the superintendent
• follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
