Facility Janitorial Specialist

The Facility Janitorial Specialist is an onsite, full-time role based in Cape May Court House, NJ, with a pay range of $18–$23 per hour. The role exists to maintain the facility's appearance and hygiene during overnight hours when the facility is closed. The specialist works independently to perform cleaning, sanitization, and minor maintenance tasks, taking ownership of the facility's presentation to ensure it is ready for daily operations.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, lobbies, gym areas, offices, and common spaces
• sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care
• empty trash and recycling
• dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• restock supplies
• use commercial cleaning products safely
• identify and report maintenance concerns
• perform minor maintenance tasks.
