The position assists with operating the center efficiently and cost-effectively, supporting customer service, team development, donation stewardship, budget performance, safety, and daily administration.

What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, training, developing, supervising, and evaluating team members
• support customer service and safe workplace practices
• operate within budgeted expense-to-revenue ratios
• oversee donation handling and processing
• maintain labor schedules and payroll
• support cash handling, reports, purchasing, safety inspections, loss prevention, and facility upkeep
• maintain CARF standards and monitor industry trends.
