The Maintenance Technician IV – Property Maintenance role is in person in Gainesville, FL, with pay of $24–$25 per hour. The technician performs and coordinates a broad range of property repairs and maintenance while helping oversee maintenance staff. The role supports safe, functional apartments and common areas through inspections, repairs, cleaning, and responsive service.

What you'll do

• Assist with training and overseeing maintenance technicians
• inspect properties for safety issues
• perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, painting, and masonry repairs
• maintain pools and common areas
• complete routine repairs and cleaning
• assist other departments with furniture and supplies
• coordinate departmental activities
• be available for after-hours emergency maintenance
• follow company policies and safety procedures.
