What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
• follow site security procedures and respond to emergencies when appropriate
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious conditions, violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities
• communicate information during shift handoffs.
