The Senior Project Manager role is onsite in Norfolk, VA. Compensation is $100,000–$135,000 per year. Marine Hydraulics International’s ship repair and services operation serves U.S. Navy, Military Sealift Command, Maritime Administration, and commercial ship owners and operators.   • Review contract specifications, work packages, material status, schedules, and manpower plans
  • develop execution strategies and production schedules
  • coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors
  • lead production meetings
  • monitor budgets, labor, costs, progress, and forecasts
  • manage customer deliverables and project documentation
  • oversee subcontractor performance
  • support project closeout and project-manager development
  • promote safety and quality compliance.
