What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across the Sipping Room, The Coupe, and retail gallery
• manage opening and closing, scheduling, and floor coverage
• maintain compliance with Kentucky ABC regulations and health and safety codes
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, and coach staff
• manage performance against venue P&L targets
• oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• track sales
• coordinate private events and group reservations
• resolve guest issues
• represent the venue at community and industry events
• develop local relationships and support promotions and programming.
