Senior Building Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Senior Building Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, with a Tuesday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule. Action Property Management serves homeowner associations and communities. The technician maintains and repairs building systems and common property, helping keep the property safe and operational. The role also responds to property emergencies and coordinates with vendors and team members to support residents and property operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/life safety, and sanitary sewer systems
• perform preventive maintenance
• inspect, test, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
• complete general maintenance including carpentry, painting, masonry, and light furniture repairs
• conduct property inspections
• perform limited in-unit tasks
• maintain logs, reports, work orders, and inventory records
• respond to property emergencies
• coordinate vendor access and assist team members.

Why this role
