What you'll do

• Design, implement, and evaluate clinical and operational quality indicators
• audit documentation, protocols, and nursing practices
• prepare audit reports and recommendations
• develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans
• coordinate reviews of clinical cases, adverse events, and complaints
• oversee initial and annual nursing competency assessments
• collaborate on staff training in quality, safety, and infection control
• assist with ACHC accreditation and regulatory audits
• analyze incidents and follow up on corrective actions
• verify compliance with HIT standards and ACHC clinical competency policies.
