Senior Project Manager – Industrial Electric

The Senior Project Manager – Industrial Electric role is full-time and onsite in Indianapolis, IN; Industrial Electric, Inc. provides electrical and systems contracting, including design-build and bid/spec services for industrial, advanced technology, commercial, and pharmaceutical projects throughout Indiana. The project manager leads project teams through startup, construction, and closeout to deliver work on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. The role coordinates schedules, costs, safety, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments across the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits
• develop project schedules
• assist with permits and due dates
• establish project-specific processes
• coordinate day-to-day construction activities with the superintendent
• manage labor, material, and equipment costs
• resolve issues across departments
• liaise with clients, subcontractors, and government officials
• ensure safety requirements are followed
• support substantial completion and closeout documentation, including record drawings, maintenance manuals, and warranties.
