Front of House Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
• maintain service standards and monitor product quality, vendor relationships, sanitation, and safety
• organize staff shifts
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor employees
• address guest concerns
• support brand initiatives and local partnerships
• monitor revenue, expenses, inventory, purchasing, and cost control
• prepare revenue and expense reports.
