Food Safety Associate

What you'll do

• Observe production activities for consistency and conformance to standards and suggest improvements.
• Complete and document scheduled tasks, assist with product evaluations, and collect verification and validation data.
• Test finished products and samples, conduct food safety inspections, organize retained products, and enter data.
• Track raw-material specifications and certificates of analysis, maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments as required, and inspect finished products for food safety hazards.
• Perform auditing for batch adherence and label and code quality when assigned.
