This role exists to provide compassionate support to clients with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries. The assistant works with a Recreational Therapist to plan and facilitate community outings and volunteer opportunities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while fostering their independence.

- Assist with personal hygiene, provide physical care, transport clients to community outings, support wheelchair assistance, provide companionship, and ensure client safety.
