The Staff/Senior Software Engineer — Document Intelligence & Data Infrastructure role is onsite in SoHo, New York, NY, five days per week when not deployed with customers. What you'll do

• Expand Proxi’s ingestion and document-processing platform from source acquisition through publication
• build crawling and connector infrastructure for international sources
• scale distributed processing for conversion, extraction, transcription, enrichment, replay, and backfills
• establish data contracts that normalize multilingual sources while preserving jurisdictional context and provenance
• and maintain pipeline reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency. Build and operate real-time audio intelligence pipelines for multilingual transcription, speaker attribution, timestamp alignment, and confidence-calibrated tone analysis.
