What you'll do

• Litigate cases to protect clean water and the Great Lakes
• conduct factual and legal research
• draft briefs, pleadings, declarations, motions, and discovery requests
• coordinate with expert witnesses
• engage clients, partner organizations, and impacted communities
• draft comments on proposed agency rules
• collaborate with communications staff on media and public education
• contribute to policy initiatives and fundraising.
