What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for logistics and driver positions
• source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting platforms, and industry networks
• screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• maintain candidate pipelines and job advertisements
• represent the company at career fairs and hiring events
• ensure hiring compliance
• maintain ATS records
• build relationships with logistics professionals and organizations
• support onboarding documentation, background checks, and orientation scheduling.
