What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields in the operating room
• organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after procedures
• process, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment
• follow infection-control protocols and safety regulations
• collaborate with the surgical team
• monitor and restock operating room and sterile processing supplies
• follow facility policies and quality standards.
