What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments
• develop individualized care plans and oversee nursing interventions
• evaluate outcomes
• provide direct and specialized nursing services, including IV therapy and PICC line care
• educate residents
• document care
• maintain safety, HIPAA, and infection control standards
• supervise and support nursing staff
• ensure adequate staffing
• manage incidents
• participate in emergency and disaster procedures.
