What you'll do

• Guide customers from initial conversation through delivery
• understand boating goals and recommend boats, motors, trailers, and accessories
• engage walk-in, phone, internet, and referral customers
• conduct demonstrations, walkarounds, and sea trials
• follow up with prospects and manage CRM activity
• participate in dealership events and promotions
• work toward sales goals.
