What you'll do

• Assist residents with nutrition, personal hygiene, mobility, transfers, and positioning
• observe and report significant changes in condition
• maintain clean, organized patient areas in line with infection-control standards
• record activities of daily living
• assist nursing staff as needed
• follow professional, facility, and legal standards and protect confidentiality
• promote a safe work environment.
