The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite at a daycare in Homewood, IL, with the stated schedule Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. ABC Pathways provides evidence-based, family-centered applied behavior analysis therapy and support for children and families affected by autism and other behavior disorders. The technician implements individualized plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and supports progress toward treatment goals. The role involves collecting session data, reinforcing positive behaviors, documenting progress, and communicating with clients, families, caregivers, and the supervising BCBA.

What you'll do
