What you'll do

• Plan and organize facility maintenance repairs and operations
• schedule and direct craft workers and technicians
• oversee repairs, installations, remodeling, and maintenance projects
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and codes
• supervise emergency repairs and inspect field work
• administer contractor work
• monitor facility condition and customer requirements
• train and evaluate team members
• manage work orders, supplies, budgets, and documentation
• support maintenance and calibration activities and regulatory compliance.
