What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems
• complete repairs, replacements, and installations
• service water heaters, toilets, faucets, fixtures, disposals, and piping
• explain findings and options to customers
• prepare estimates
• document service work
• coordinate with dispatch and office staff
• maintain the service vehicle, tools, and equipment
• follow codes and safety procedures.
