What you'll do

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across geographic regions
• present updated cost plans at design milestones
• provide program-level estimates for scopes of work
• coordinate and supervise support staff
• estimate design changes and new technologies
• collect and analyze completed-project cost information
• assess alternatives and value-engineering ideas
• support training on estimating tools and templates
• prepare client leadership presentations
• deliver life-cycle costing models
• adhere to applicable SOX controls.
