The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM. The stated compensation range is $70,000–$100,000 per year. ABA Pathways’ mission is to serve clients and families through person-centered services and collaboration with families, educators, and other providers. The analyst assesses behavior, designs individualized programs, and supports implementation to promote clients’ social inclusion and independence. The role also provides ongoing support to families and clinical team members and contributes to program improvement.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments

• report to the Assistant Clinical Director.
