What you'll do

• Assist customers at the parts counter, by phone, and through digital channels
• identify parts using catalogs, diagrams, and internal systems
• process orders, returns, and special requests
• maintain displays, stock levels, and inventory organization
• coordinate with service technicians and internal departments
• provide pricing, availability, and lead-time information
• support warehouse tasks such as pulling, staging, and shipping parts
• mentor new parts personnel when requested.
