What you'll do

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• clean and sanitize food-service areas and dish machines
• set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas
• clean production equipment as needed or directed
• follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules and safety procedures
• record dish machine and sink temperatures and sanitizer strength
• assist with receiving food and non-food supplies
• attend required in-services.
