Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Silverthorne, CO, with work across multiple vacation rental properties in the assigned market. Compensation is $26 per hour, and available shifts are 8 a.m.–4 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. First Chair Destinations manages vacation homes in ski towns and coastal communities. The technician performs general repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to keep homes in good condition for guests and owners. The role also coordinates with vendors and responds to maintenance needs, including participation in an on-call coverage rotation.

What you'll do

• Travel between assigned properties
• complete general repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections
• troubleshoot appliances, cable and Wi-Fi, basic HVAC, and light plumbing issues
• coordinate owner-approved maintenance tickets and third-party vendors
• maintain guest and owner satisfaction standards
• maintain hot tubs as needed
• collect and remove trash and debris
• use assignment systems and respond to time-sensitive needs.
