The Porter role is onsite in Miami Beach, FL. Pay is $18 per hour. The position supports the kitchen and back-of-house operations at the new Lucky Cat Steak - Miami restaurant, an Asian-inspired steakhouse concept. The Porter helps keep kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and ready for service. By supporting dishwashing, waste handling, deliveries, and sanitation, the role helps the kitchen team maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas
• clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, and work surfaces
• assist with dishwashing
• remove trash and recycling
• help receive, move, and store deliveries and supplies
• follow food safety, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• store and use cleaning supplies safely
• support kitchen and management teams.
