Part-Time Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance staff and property condition
• manage apartment turnovers, repairs, make-ready processes, capital projects, and preventive maintenance
• respond to resident requests involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs
• document work in Yardi Voyager
• coordinate vendors and suppliers
• manage maintenance inventory
• communicate with the Business Manager about completion and budget
• handle routine and emergency issues, including after-hours on-call duties.
