What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• document observations and report concerns
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to post instructions
• complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
