The Contract Recruiter role is onsite in Lemont, IL, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and pay of $26–$30 per hour. The recruiter supports a manufacturing company specializing in products for the food industry and its hiring across multiple facilities. The role manages recruiting from job postings and candidate screening through interview coordination, offers and onboarding. It helps meet hourly staffing needs while maintaining candidate records and consistent hiring processes.

What you'll do

• Manage recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles
• post jobs on Indeed and LinkedIn
• review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• partner with hiring managers
• coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• assist with offer letters
• maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in Excel and applicant tracking systems
• maintain recruiting templates and documentation
• coordinate background checks, E-Verify and onboarding paperwork
• support multiple facilities
• occasionally travel to Gary, IN for in-person onboarding.
