Executive Chef

What you'll do

• Plan regular and modified menus
• follow standardized recipes and portion and presentation standards
• complete production and waste logs
• train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, equipment use, food safety, and sanitation
• maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules
• manage food and non-food inventory
• and follow health, sanitation, and safety requirements.
