What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils and load the dish machine
• sort and stack clean dishes
• carry dishes to the cook’s line and storage areas
• hand-wash pots, pans, and trays
• remove trash
• clean mats and floors
• fill and empty sanitizing soak tubs
• complete required training and follow safety policies
• interact positively with the public and coworkers.
