What you'll do

• Oversee daily IT operations and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• manage support tickets, incident reporting, and IT asset inventory
• maintain LAN/WAN, servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VoIP
• implement upgrades, patching, migrations, and improvements
• support manufacturing and distribution systems with application teams and vendors
• lead local IT staff and projects
• enforce cybersecurity policies
• coordinate with corporate IT and provide user training.
