What you'll do

• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents
• perform takeoffs and prepare cost estimates
• develop budgets, proposals, bid packages, and scope reviews
• analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• participate in preconstruction and value engineering
• support project turnover
• identify risks and cost-saving strategies
• and improve estimating processes.

Why this role
