Data Center ICT Technical Lead

The Data Center ICT Technical Lead role is onsite in New York, NY. Compensation is $140,000–$160,000 per year. Cerami & Associates is a technology and acoustic design consulting firm; this role supports large-scale data center campus projects. The lead provides technical, team, and project oversight for inside- and outside-plant pathways and cabling design. The role guides design quality and coordination across disciplines, manages deliverables and project resources, and translates client requirements into buildable, scalable infrastructure designs.

What you'll do

• Lead OSP and ISP pathways and cabling design
• develop standards for duct banks, vaults, building entrances, and campus distribution
• provide technical leadership for cable pathways and equipment layouts
• review design packages for standards compliance, constructability, and scalability
• coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and BIM teams
• guide staff
• support client workshops and reviews
• oversee project deliverables, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and construction administration through testing and commissioning.

Why this role

Requires 8+ years of progressive ICT infrastructure design experience and technical and team leadership. BICSI RCDD and Revit-based BIM experience are preferred.
