Outside Sales Representative and Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Visit local businesses whose vehicles need maintenance and repair
• identify decision-makers and understand their needs
• explain HTC services and approved fleet terms
• maintain prospect records and follow up
• help develop customer relationships
• answer phones, assist arriving customers, coordinate appointments and vehicle handoffs, and communicate repair information and approvals through the service process.
