What you'll do

• Lead assigned client relationships
• understand clients’ businesses and industries
• recommend strategies and identify growth opportunities
• anticipate and resolve client and project risks
• coach Account Managers
• partner on account plans, priorities, and schedules
• participate in kickoffs, presentations, milestone reviews, and post-mortems
• review creative for strategic alignment and quality
• monitor account health, profitability, satisfaction, and growth
• review and approve client billing.
