• Maintain an onsite presence and support residents

• explain tenant rights and responsibilities
• connect residents with community resources
• document services and outcomes
• guide Residential Services colleagues
• monitor contracted partner services and deliverables
• support community events and youth programs
• coordinate with families, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.
